​​​​Oak Hollow Property Owners' Association, Inc. was incorporated in 1981 by General Development Corporation. The property consists of 453 residences/lots located in the areas of East and West Corktree circles, Tappan Zee, Quesada, The Woodlands, and Shadowmoss.


Oak Hollow residents enjoy municipal water and sewer, underground utilities, paved county sidewalks.  We are within walking or biking distance to major grocery stores, restaurants, the public library, cultural center, and many shopping areas.

Oak Hollow Property Owners' Association, Inc. is a deed-restricted community with a quarterly assessment of $208.00 due in January, April, July, and October.
